What is VR (Virtual Reality)?
Virtual reality is a technology that immerses users in a computer-generated environment, allowing them to interact with the virtual world using specialized headsets and controllers.
Is VR suitable for everyone?
Virtual reality offers something for everyone! We generally do not recommend the use of VR under the ages of 7. We provide a wide range of experiences for all age groups and interests, along with coaching on how to use the equipment.
Can I wear eye glasses?
Yes, our headsets will fit over prescription glasses.
Is there an age minimum?
Yes, we recommend that children be 7 years of age and up to play virtual reality.
Are the headsets cleaned between uses?
Yes, the headsets are wiped down and sterilized between each customer. We also offer free headset/sweat covers to wear underneath the headsets if there are still concerns.

Adjust your headset fit and view To start, you’ll want to gently adjust the lenses by shifting them left, then right until they click into the position that allows you to see what’s on the screen most clearly. Once your headset is adjusted, follow the instructions in-VR and in the Meta Quest mobile app to complete the setup process. Putting your headset to sleep Putting your headset to sleep means that it will automatically “wake up” when it senses that the headset has been placed on someone’s head. When your headset is in sleep mode, power will still drain from the device, although much more slowly than when it’s in use. You can put your headset to sleep by pressing the power button on your headset. You can wake it back up by placing the headset on your head. Turning your headset off Turning your headset off means that the system is completely off, and will only turn on when the power button is held. When your headset is turned off, much less power will be drained than if it were in sleep mode. Rental durations and pricing vary based on the equipment and your needs. Visit our contact us page for a personalized quote.

We set up your order and have you sign a waiver form to ensure the safe return of the devices. We ask for a 25% payment on your order total, up front and the rest is due when you receive the equipment.
How does the return process work?
Our team sends you a label to attach to the shipping box. You get to decide if you want a pick up from the local courier or if you want to drop off the package(s) to the local post office.
What games and experiences are included?
You can see a sample of the games and experiences we have download on our Games and Experiences page. Because we receive a wide variety of game requests, we are not always able to have the exact same games installed on every headset. Unless a specific game is requested for each individual device, we install what is currently available on each headset. We recommend rotating headsets if you would like to try different games.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that all headsets will be perfectly matched. When new games are downloaded or updates occur, we do not have full control over how they appear in the menu. If you have specific requests, we ask that you request them when placing your order and for how many headsets. There will be an additional cost if we do not have the game available.
